What is Title IX?
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 protects people from sex discrimination in educational programs and activities, including sexual harassment at institutions that received federal financial assistance.

American Career College is committed to providing an environment free from discrimination on the basis of sex. We pride ourselves in being a community of unique individuals who respect and embrace people’s differences and teach our students to respect and support one another. Our Safety and Security Department promotes safety that is conducive to student learning.
We take complaints and allegations of sexual misconduct very seriously and provide an array of resources to help anyone who has been impacted by sexual misconduct and needs support. American Career College has a Deputy Title IX Coordinator on the campus and the Safety and Security Team are here to help anyone who has questions about the resources available.
