“Entering the HSE program, the first day was very challenging. But after 3 weeks I was able to take all 5 tests. I never thought for one second I could pass, but I did just that. That success gave me the courage to go on to the Medical Billing and Coding program at American Career College. This success not only helped me build my self esteem, but it also gave my daughters motivation to seek more for themselves”

“I am proud to say I am now a high school graduate, as of last week! I completed the HSE HISET program all while attending school at ACC. HSE has really changed my life by giving me my self-esteem back, believing in me and teaching me what I need to know. Now, my confidence is through the roof.”

“At the age of 17, I decided to drop out of high school. I had the impression that I wasn’t capable of learning. But my instructors at HSE showed me that I was just being taught the wrong way. My entire mindset changed and everything clicked! It opened my eyes that my dream of working in a hospital could actually come true. I set goals for myself and I achieved them. None of this would be possible without the HSE Academy.”

“I was working at a fast food restaurant making minimum wage. I kept making excuses to not go back to school. But when I learned about the HSE Academy, my dreams went from being impossible to possible. I am beyond thankful for this program. I’m pleased to say that I just finished the Medical Assistant Program and I begin my externship soon. I could not have done this without the HSE Academy and the wonderful team behind it.”
