Transcript Requests

American Career College (ACC) Los Angeles, Orange County, or Ontario campus students who attended/graduated after 1/1/2001:

ACC has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide official transcripts. To request transcripts from ACC, students should visit their student portal and click on the National Student Clearinghouse link. There you will find step-by-step directions on ordering, delivery, and associated fees. You can also visit the National Student Clearinghouse Transcript Ordering Center directly.

Estimated processing time:
Once your transcript request is received in our office, the transcript will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for delivery by the United States Postal Service if you selected the mail option.

Download and complete the Transcript/Enrollment Verification Form. Once completed, please email the form to: Transcripts@AmericanCareerCollege.edu. Please note that the cost for each official transcript is $5.00.

Enrollment Verification

Enrollment Verification (for Students)
Students can print a verification of enrollment letter directly from the student portal to provide to various agencies or organizations that require student enrollment verification. Once you are logged into the student portal, navigate to the Academics menu and select Enrollment Verify, and then click on the link to generate the Enrollment Verification Letter.

Enrollment/Education Verification (for Third-Party Organizations)
Third-party organizations should email their enrollment/education verification forms to: Transcripts@AmericanCareerCollege.edu. Third party-organization enrollment/education verifications are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Replacement Diploma

Requests for a replacement diploma may be sent directly to the Campus Registrar at the campus you attended. The cost for a replacement diploma is $5.00, and the process may take 4 to 6 weeks from the time it is ordered. The new diploma will bear the names and signatures of the officials currently in office.

Immunization Records

Please note: ACC retains immunization records for only 5 years after the student’s last date of attendance. Please download and complete the Transcript/Enrollment Verification Form. Once completed, email the form to: Transcripts@AmericanCareerCollege.edu.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How do I access my Student Portal and what can I find there?

Your student portal acts as a link between you and your campus. From the student portal, you can access many helpful documents such as attendance information, your class schedule, your grades/transcripts, student account information, tax forms, messages, and calendars.

How do I order unofficial transcripts?

You can view and print unofficial transcripts by accessing your student portal and selecting Academics > Degree Audit > Unofficial Transcripts. There is no charge for this service.

Can my transcript be sent by email or fax?

Transcripts cannot be sent via email or fax. However, students may now order a PDF transcript through the secured National Student Clearinghouse Transcript Ordering Center.

When will I receive my diploma?

Diplomas are generally ready 4 to 6 weeks after the conclusion of your program. Communication is sent by email or mail from the Registrar’s Office. If you need official verification of your program completion before you receive your diploma, please contact the Campus Registrar at the campus you attended.

What size frame should I buy if I want to frame my diploma?

Diplomas are 8.5" high x 11" wide.

What should I do if I have not received an email regarding my diploma after six weeks of completing my program?

If it has been more than 3 months since you completed your program, please contact the Campus Registrar at the campus you attended.
