ACC-Ontario Celebrates as Respiratory Therapy Cohort Gets Pinned in February

Class speaker Jose Vicente Bantolo kept his remarks short at the respiratory therapy pinning ceremony at American Career College-Ontario this February.

During his student reflection, Bantolo thanked the respiratory therapy faculty and clinical instructors for all their knowledge and advice, and recounted the “endless nights of homework” followed by long days in class.

He also thanked his 15 classmates for helping create countless memories and providing a supportive environment during the 20-month program.

“I could go on and on about what we went through forever, but I will keep it brief and to the point: We did it. We did it in a manner becoming of us and we did it with perseverance, passion, strength and excellence. And we did it for our families and we did it for ourselves. We did it for a better life,” he said to applause from the audience. “And we did it together.”
