More Than 100 Students Sign Up To Be Donors at ACC-Los Angeles Blood Drive

11/04/2019

More than 100 students at American Career College-Los Angeles registered to be blood donors during a one-day donation drive this October.

ACC-Los Angeles Student Services coordinator Ruthy Rodriguez said more than 70 units of blood were collected by LifeStream on campus but, more importantly, 101 students signed up to be on the donor list.

"Every two seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood," Rodriquez said. "Having so many students step up and volunteer to be donors makes me proud to be a part of this campus."
