An alumna of the ACC-LA Optical Dispensing program, Karina has worked in the field for 19 years and has been teaching at ACC for 15 years. She is American Board of Optometry (ABO) & National Contact Lens Examiners (NCLE) certified as well as a CA State Licensed Spectacle and Contact Lens Dispenser. In her many years as an educator, Karina has trained hundreds of opticians on optical principles and concepts, eye diseases, lens design and more.
