ACC-Lynwood Students Help St. Francis Medical Center Exceed Blood Drive Goals

At American Career College-Lynwood, students are saving lives well before graduation.

In June, students in the medical assistant classes participated in St. Francis Medical Center’s quarterly blood drive.

The participation of ACC students helped St. Francis Medical Center achieve 115 percent of their target, and the students received special recognition in the center's newsletter.

“Through this one drive, up to 156 lives will be saved,” St. Francis Medical Center stated on its website.
