His educational journey, marked by a Bachelor's in Respiratory Care from Boise State University and an Associate in Respiratory Therapy from San Joaquin Valley College, laid a solid foundation for his professional endeavors.

In the realm of education, Samuel excels in his ability to translate complex concepts into accessible learning experiences for students of diverse academic and cultural backgrounds. He skillfully balances face-to-face and online instructional methods, showcasing his enthusiasm for technology and modern teaching practices.
