This course explores the core concepts and principles of leadership and management in professional nursing. Students will engage with critical topics such as standards of practice, ethical considerations, leadership styles, effective delegation, teamwork, and conflict management. Emphasis is placed on strategies to enhance the professional nursing role and identity.
